To successfully carry out the facility assessments, please follow the steps outlined below. We trust that you have already completed the 'Optisolve Services 101' training and have qualified the customer using our qualification questionnaire. The next steps involve requesting the Optisolve team to set up the customer and their checklist in SAVI system, followed by a thorough review of the game plan.
If at any point you are uncertain about these steps or feel you may have missed a crucial task, kindly refer back to the detailed execution plan. This plan is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient assessment process. By diligently following these procedures, we can consistently deliver high-quality, comprehensive facility assessments that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Before the assessment
iPad Charging: Make sure the iPad is fully charged. A full charge may take approximately 1-2 hours and should allow for about 7-8 hours of use.
Halo Battery Charging: Ensure the two Halo batteries are fully charged. Each battery typically takes 2-3 hours to charge and lasts for about 2-3 hours of use. Tip: Remember to turn off the Halo device when not in use to conserve battery life.
Equipment Check: Confirm that you have the illuminator and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the assessment.
ATP Meter Availability: If you've decided to conduct ATP testing during the assessment, ensure that the ATP meter is available and in working condition.
Note-taking: Remember to take personal notes throughout the assessment as necessary. These notes will be invaluable when building and generating the report later on.
- Internet Requirements: To create "assessments" on site,
a reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth is necessary.
Before your visit, confirm with the customer if you can utilize their
internet connection. If this is not possible, explore the feasibility of
using your personal mobile hotspot. If you anticipate any issues with
securing a stable internet connection, we highly recommend you creating the assessments day before and then conduct them in the "offline" mode.
