How to Create an Assessment
Before you create an "Assessment", you need to make sure that you have completed "PLAN", "DO", "CHECK" section.
Creating an "Assessment" is simple as 1-2-3.
Creating Assessment on the Web
- First go to the "Assessments" menu on the top navigation bar
- Click "Add New Assessment"
- Enter the Assessment Details and Click "Create" to create the assessment.
Creating Assessment on the iPad
- First go to the "SAVI and Pathfinder" Module and click begin
- Click "Add New Assessment"
- Enter the Assessment Details and Click "Create" to create the assessment.
